1.1 Eligibility for Refunds and Reprints We offer refunds and reprints in the following situations:
- Defective Products: If the product arrives defective or damaged.
- Incorrect Orders: If the product received differs from the order placed.
- Print Quality Issues: If there are significant print quality or adherence issues not related to the provided artwork.
1.2 Non-Eligibility for Refunds and Reprints Refunds and reprints are not available for:
- User Errors: Mistakes in design, incorrect sizes, or errors in the files submitted by the customer.
- Design Changes: Requests for modifications to the design after the order has been placed and processed.
- Non-Compliance: Products that do not meet our design guidelines unless pre-approved by us.
2. Request Process

- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or reprint.

- Provide the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
- For defective products, we may request additional information to validate the claim.

3. Evaluation and Approval

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- If approved, reprints will be produced and shipped at no additional cost within 10 business days.
3.2 Denial of Requests
- Requests may be denied if they do not comply with the criteria outlined in this policy or if there is evidence of fraudulent claims.
4. Design Compliance
4.1 File Requirements
- Ensure your design files adhere to our specifications. We are not responsible for issues arising from non-compliant files.
4.2 Proof Approval
- A proof will be sent for your approval before production. Once you approve the proof, changes cannot be made, and the order will proceed as per the approved proof.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
5.1 Modifications
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order may be in production, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
5.2 Special Cases
- For unique situations or urgent requests, please contact us promptly. We will strive to accommodate your needs, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the initial 12-hour window.
